Mode of operation :

Pneumatic flash drying is continuous online process. Wet flakes and powder enters the venturi inlet Then the product travels from bottom to top via suction of induction blower. The main product is collected into cyclone separator .Product is then discharged through airlock valve for screening. The hot air generator is continuously operating at the same temperature throughout the process.
